Man Dances After Shooting Dad, Say Police

Police said that Robert Farley, a Florida resident went to a New Year’s Eve party and danced to ““Papa Was a Rollin’ Stone” just hours after he had fatally shot his elderly father, Walter Farley, 93. He was arrested on January 3rd and charged with first degree murder in the slaying. Here’s the kicker — Farley and his wife, according to police, had checked into the Red Rose Inn in Plant, Fla., Dec. 31. While his wife was napping, he drove back home and shot his father four times, then returned to the hotel to ring in the new year. Robert Farley called 911 the next morning.

“He’s laying on the floor. There’s blood on the floor. There’s blood on his back. He’s not breathing and no pulse. It looks like he’s been shot. Things are a mess and bathrooms are all torn up and the radio’s missing,” Robert Farley said on the 911 recording. Source: ABC News

Mr. Farley has no criminal record. He is a churchgoer (wolf in sheep’s clothing) and volunteer for the blind. Funny how he just woke up one morning and decided to end his father’s life. Just like that. Detectives say there had been tension in the home recently. Robert Farley told his father he was going to divorce his wife, Mary, because an illness would eventually require her to use a wheelchair. The men argued and Robert Farley shot his father at least four times during the scuffle, officials told the Florida Sun-Sentinel.

Robert Farley is a real scumbag. He ransacked the house to make it appear that a robbery had taken place, but the cops were able to poke holes in his story. He reportedly told investigators that he had planned to kill his father for two months, Polk County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Carrie Eleazer told the Sun-Sentinel. So, you see, we have a real scumbag on our hands and he deserves to the death penalty. What could a 93 year-old man have possibly done to him? There is no justification for what he did. He is clearly a sociopath and thought he could have gotten away with murder. No this time.
